EU Pedagogical Group
Member of the European Union’s Pedagogical Group for the schooling of Romani children, coordinated by the Sorbonne in Paris.

International conferences
Participation in multiple international conferences: Sulmona, Strasbourg, Ostia, Campidoglio in Rome.
1992
Ethnomusicological study
Production of the ethnomusicological study “Gli zingari e la Musica” for the European Commission and the Sorbonne in Paris.
1993
Rromani Enciclopedia and courses in France
Member of the scientific committee of the “Rromani Enciclopedia” (France). Organisation of Romani language and culture courses in France.
1994
I Romanì Congress of the EU
Participation in the I Romanì Congress of the European Union in Seville. Meeting of the Rromani Enciclopedia.
1995
Budapest Congress for Peace
Participation in the Budapest Congress for Peace, contributing to intercultural dialogue and reconciliation.
1996
Strasbourg conference and cultural exchanges
Conference in Strasbourg. Cultural exchanges between Italy, Spain and England for the promotion of Romanì culture.

I European Congress of Rom Youth
Participation in the I European Congress of Rom Youth in Barcelona, a fundamental moment for the new generations.
1998 / 2004
Scientific consultancy “Tsiganes a l’Ecole”
Scientific consultancy for the European Union project “Tsiganes a l’Ecole”, dedicated to the schooling of Romani children.
2000
Italian Headquarters of the IRU
The Association becomes the Italian Headquarters of the International Romanì Union (IRU), taking on a representative role at national level.

Cologne meeting “Vorba le romengi”
Participation in the international meeting “Vorba le romengi” in Cologne, Germany.
2003 / 2005
Project “I Colori del Futuro”
Implementation of the project “I Colori del Futuro” in the schools of Pescara, an educational programme to foster integration and mutual understanding.
2004
VI World Congress of the IRU
Organisation of the VI World Congress of the IRU in Pietraferrazzana. President Spinelli was appointed Vice President of the IRU Parliament, Commissioner for Foreign Affairs and Ambassador of Romanì Art and Culture in the World.
1994 / 2006
Concorso “Amico Rom” and Festival “Alexian”
Organisation of the art competition “Amico Rom” and the festival “Alexian & International Friends”, included in the annual calendar of the European Union.
2007
Italian Representative ERTF
President Spinelli was elected Italian Representative of the ERTF (European Roma and Travellers Forum) at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
